I was a client nightmare - I changed my "needs" from single studio condo, to an entire 4-flat (for investment purposes), to a 3 bedroom condo in river west. She was at my side for over 3 years straight. Never once did Nancy hesitate to line up a property showing, dig for more information on the sale (and comps), or express frustration at my ever-changing needs. Even at the very last moment (after being under contract) I was debating to pull out of the deal and I had no question that the advice she was giving me was guided by one principal "I want what's best for you Trevor." Nancy helped us get multiple offers on our downtown Chicago condo within the first few days of listing! Right from the start, she was very professional and thorough in her evaluation of our place and in the advice she gave us for minor updates and staging. She was always available via email, text and phone, and even came by our place late at night to accomodate showings and buyers. We always felt like we were in good hands with Nancy. I highly recommend Nancy Churik as your real estate agent. She helped us with every aspect of selling our home. Nancy helped us stage our home. She had a professional photographer come and photograph the home. She held a broker's open for our house that was catered. She sold our house in five weeks and within $4,000 of what she said it would sell for. She is an excellent negotiator and we were happy with the price she got for our home. We were able to call her at any time and she always returned our calls promptly. I feel she went above and beyond what the normal Realtor would do. Nancy was great!

I recently had the extreme pleasure of both selling and buying a home with Nancy. I use the word extreme because she made the whole process so very, very easy for me. Don't get me wrong, it was no fun to put my home of more than 20 years on the market. But Nancy held my hand every step of the way to make it an easy transition for me. When I went to buy a new home, she was patient (I looked at NUMEROUS homes in various locations) and she helped me evaluate what would be a good financial and emotional move. She was an excellent negotiator on my behalf and I felt comfortable and informed with everything she did. All I can say is thank you, Nancy. You got the job done...and done well!
